We are a family run business located in Florida for over 11 years. Most orders are filled the next day and are shipped out using USPS or Fedex to ensure prompt delivery. Please read below for shipping costs. Once an order has been placed an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. Another e-mail status will be sent when your order is shipped. You can also call us to check the status of an order. We try very hard to only have items on our website that are actually IN STOCK, so you may order with the confidence that your order will ship without worrying about a backorder.

We personally inspect and ship every single item ourselves to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse to sell any item for any reason that we deem appropriate.

Shipping Information

Personal checks are accepted, BUT we will wait 10 business days after receipt of check to ensure it clears the banks before we will ship any merchandise.

If you receive a damaged item, please email (mashop@hotmail.com) us within 7 days of ship date to return the item. The customer will be required to fill out any necessary UPS, FEDEX, or US Postal Forms, declaring the merchandise was received damaged. Upon receipt of item, we will replace it, provided that same item is still available from our suppliers. We do not issue cash refunds for defective items.

If you need to return a non-defective item for a refund, you must email us within 7 days of the date Mary Ann's Gifts shipped the merchandise to you. And the item must be shipped back to us within 15 days of the date the merchandise was shipped to you. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for an order under $100.00. On orders over $100.00 a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The item must be in 100% perfect condition with all the original packaging, boxes, papers, etc. or the item will be returned to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.

If your order is returned to us either because you supplied an incorrect shipping address, because you or the addressee refused to sign for it at the post office or for any other reason then a credit will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and less the actual shipping charge.

If customer should initiate proceedings with their credit card company regarding loss/damage WITHOUT contacting us and giving us the opportunity to rectify the problem, customer will be billed for all charges billed to us by customer's credit card company. All sales are final on the Warner's Books and Companion Guides.

Sales Tax
Mary Ann's Gift Shop must collect 7% Sales Tax on any items purchased and shipped to the state of Florida. Note: we do not refund return shipping charges for any item returned for any reason on orders originally over $100.00 qualifying for free shipping.
