Ocean front..Risky Business is a wonderful 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom ocean front rental home located on the south end of Topsail Beach at 1327 Ocean Boulevard just one half mile south of the Jolly Roger pier, on Topsail Island. One of the truly unique features of the home is a "reverse" floor plan; the
bedrooms are on the first level and the living area is on the second
level.
Risky Business has 3 bedrooms
on the first level, 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds, and each with
a "full bath" right inside the bedroom.....Upstairs, there's another
bedroom with bunk beds...do the kids love that room. And of course, another
full bath is located right off the living area. All bedrooms have sliders
that open on to an oceanfront deck. Three of the bedrooms have color TV's with cable and all have clock radios. The living room faces the entertainment center which
includes a 25" color TV, DVD Player, stereo, games, cards etc. and of course views of the ocean. A large
dining area and a very well equipped kitchen are adjacent to the living room
and offer spectacular views of the beach and wonderful sunrises in the morning.
A laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on the first floor.
Outside you'll find plenty of deck furniture, a shower, and a "fish cleaning
sink" for all of the anglers in the crowd. The home is very well maintained and new appliances were recently installed and Rocking Chairs on the lower deck.
The only thing missing is
"you"..... Sorry no pets allowed.
